Why they suck

At first I was ecstatic with my HP Photo Smart M525 Digital Camera. The picture quality was excellent, they were easy to take, it was easy to upload pictures to my computer. It was an all around winner but after a few months the camera would not stay on for more than a few minutes. I of course thought this was just the batteries, or the charger. But when I replaced both of these the problem continued. I called customer support, but naturally my warranty had expired, and they could do nothing. I was completely happy with this camera, but I can no longer even turn it on. So now I’m out a hundred bucks with no photos to show for it.

My suggestions to HP Photo Smart M525 Digital Camera

Obviously HP, make a camera that will last outside of the warranty and improve this power failure. But if you want to really improve your business take customer support a little more dearly into your heart.
