Why they suck

SD never worked { did not try until I needed it after owning it for 8 months. Bluetooth never worked. Harddrive died before a year past. Hinge on screen breaking near power input. power cable went out after two years. Now numbers only numbers 5 and 6 work and zero does not work on -----numbers pad. Touchpad was a sh:tty item from day one.

My suggestions to lenovo

by purchasing a Toshiba, Asus, Acer, Or maybe bringing back that POS, parckard bell and/or compaq
