Why they suck

they failed to replace a cracked screen, which according to everything I read on the net, is a design flaw. Most companies will fix such things without questions

My suggestions to lenovo Laptops

give the customer the benefit of the doubt and fix their defective products

You can't beat Apple's customer service. If it breaks they give you a new one. The Mac Air is the best computer I have ever owned and I am a die hard PC user.
